At the Opening ceremony of the main military sports meet there were heads of security agencies of member countries. The action was opened by the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation - Sergey Kuzhugetovich Shoygu. From specially installed screen of participants the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has greeted.
